Transition

Transforming with Successful Thinking

Your mindset built the pattern.
Your mindset can break it.

ARRT is a success psychology program first. We use the same principles that drive high performers — clarity, pattern recognition, and deliberate thinking — applied where it matters most. Real change starts in the mind.

The Program

What Is ARRT

The ARRT Program is a structured, evidence-informed curriculum built on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles. It addresses the root patterns behind relapse and recidivism — not surface behavior, but the thinking underneath it.

Delivered over five intensive days by OHA-certified Recovery Mentors and Peer Support Specialists, ARRT meets participants where they are — practical, direct, and built by someone who has lived it.

ARRT serves corrections departments, parole & probation offices, drug courts, behavioral health providers, residential treatment centers, and reentry organizations nationwide.

This is not a program about compliance. It is about transformation.

Founder & President

Mark Gailey

Mark Gailey
OHA CertifiedPeer Support Recovery MentorCBT Practitioner

Mark Gailey is the founder and president of the ARRT Program — someone who has been through the system and came out the other side with something to say about it.

His background spans years inside the justice system, a serious car accident and subsequent assault during recovery, and a long career as a tattoo artist — owning Murder Ink in downtown Portland for nine years, and Bonnaroo Tattoo in Eugene.

Mark holds OHA credentials as a Certified Peer Support Specialist and Certified Recovery Mentor. He developed the ARRT curriculum from lived experience — not from a textbook, but from the hard reality of what it takes to stop the cycle.

"This can change a lot of lives."

A Note on Budgets

Prices listed are our standard rates — but we understand that corrections agencies, treatment providers, and reentry organizations operate under real budget constraints. Pricing is subject to your program's budget.

Contact us directly and let's talk about what works for your organization. Our goal is to make the ARRT Program available throughout the corrections and recovery community — and we will work with you to make that happen.
